The Chester County Treasurer is the servant of all the voters, regardless of party or religion. I offer the voters an experienced, pragmatic, financial professional candidate who will get the job done with frugal efficiency, and without an ideological agenda.
I am not looking for a second career in politics, I’ve had my career in business. I am looking to do what I do best – where I can serve best -- to make my community a better place.
My campaign has no large donors, which means that I need a lot of skilled volunteers. It also means that as the Democratic candidate, I’m not obligated to anyone but you, the voters of Chester County.
Kipp Stone, is endorsed and declared qualified by Senator Andy Dinniman, Congressman Joe Sestak, Senator Arlen Specter, and Senator Bob Casey. Her three decades of business and investment management experience in multimillion dollar financial institutions have qualified her to bring cost saving business practices such as strategic planning and business continuity planning to county government. Her long experience in the investment management of pension plans will be critical to turning around the funding shortfall of the county pension plan. Lowering cost while streamlining service in the Treasurers equals savings for taxpayers.
